The promotion code is required upon checkout. Please note, Canalopy’s promotion terms and conditions are subject to change.

After purchasing my course, how do I access it?

To access your course, select the “Access portal” button located at the upper right corner of www.canalopy.com.

Alternatively, you can access the learning portal by directly navigating to https://portal.canalopy.com, entering your username/email address and password which was sent via email upon payment completion.

Please note, access to the portal usually takes around 10 minutes upon payment confirmation to become available.

Why can't I find my email confirmation after subscribing?

If you can’t find your email confirmation, please check your spam/junk.
